Air: Visitors should check for flights to Boston Logan [BOS] (2 hour drive), New York airports - Kennedy [JFK], LaGuardia [LGA], Newark [EWR] (all 2.5 hour drive). And Bradley International Airport [BDL] (30 minute drive).

Ground: Public transport can be infrequent (options listed below). So if possible a rental car is recommended. Prices can be compared on the Kayak website.

Public Transport: Amtrak run a train service from New York City to Hartford. Greyhound busses are available from both New York City and Boston to Hartford. From Hartford there is a local bus line that runs to Canton, but availability should be checked in advance.
